As an Assistant Team Leader, you will manage a team of 5 to 15 employees.
Your tasks include:

• Working in the packing department and guiding new and existing team members
• Giving instructions and assigning tasks within the team
• Preparing work so the team can keep going efficiently, and making adjustments when needed
• Spotting and reporting simple electrical or mechanical faults, arranging repairs, and replacing parts if necessary
• Checking that all work meets the agreed quality standards
