When will you receive your pay? How do you report the hours you’ve worked, and what should you do if your pay is incorrect? Below you’ll find all the key information about your pay at Perflexxion.

When will I receive my salary?

When you sign your contract, you can choose whether you would like to be paid weekly or every four weeks.

Your salary is always paid on Wednesdays.

What do I need to do to get paid on time?

To ensure that your paycheck is issued on time, it is important that your hours worked are submitted and approved on time.

Do you work with Easyflex2Go?

1. Fill in your hours: register the hours you worked immediately after the end of your workweek via Easyflex2Go.

2. Have your hours approved: Your employer checks and approves your hours.
   

3. Keep an eye on the deadline: we must receive your approved hours by 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the latest.

Not using Easyflex2Go?

Then you won't have to enter your hours yourself. Your employer will submit your hours worked directly to us.

What if my hours were submitted late?

Were your hours not submitted or approved on time? If so, we have an additional processing session on Thursday. We also use this session to make any necessary corrections.

Important to know: 

• Thursday before 10:00 a.m.: Your hours can still be included in the additional payroll run.

• Thursday after 10:00 a.m.: Your hours will be processed with the next payroll payment.

Therefore, please make sure your hours are submitted and approved as soon as possible.

When will I receive my pay slip?

You'll receive your pay slip by email on the same day your salary is paid.

On your pay slip, you'll find information about your hours worked, salary, deductions, and accrued reserves, among other things.

My paycheck is incorrect. What should I do?
