Registering hours: How to log the hours you've worked

Do you work through Perflexxion and need to register your hours yourself? You can easily do this using Easyflex2Go. Below, we’ll walk you through the process step by step: how to activate your account, enter your hours, and submit them. This way, we can work together to ensure your paycheck is processed on time!

How do I register my hours using Easyflex2Go?

Do you use Easyflex2Go? If so, you'll receive an email from Perflexxion with the details and instructions for activating your account.

Step 1: Activate your account

1. Open the email you received from Perflexxion.

2. Follow the instructions in the email to create an account using your browser.

3. Activate your account.

Step 2: Download the Easyflex2Go app

Has your account been activated? If so, download the Easyflex2Go app on your phone and log in using the account credentials you created.

Step 3: Register the hours you've worked

Enter your hours worked each workday through the app. Be sure to record the following:

• Your start time

• Your end time

• Your break(s)

Note: Always check that your hours are correct before saving them.

When should I submit my hours?

Have you finished your last workday of the week? Then it's time to submit your hours.

1. Submit your hours: submit the hours you worked immediately after your last workday of the week via Easyflex2Go.

2. Your employer checks your hours: the hours you've entered are forwarded to your employer for approval.

3. Perflexxion processes your hours: as soon as your employer has approved your hours, we can process them for your paycheck.
   

Why is it important to submit my hours on time?

In order for us to pay your salary on time, your hours worked must be registered on time and approved by your employer.

Important: We must receive your approved hours by 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the latest in order to include them in the regular payroll processing.

That's why it's best to submit your hours right after your last workday of the week. That way, your employer will have enough time to review and approve them.

I can't log in to Easyflex2Go. What should I do?

Do you not use Easyflex2Go?

Not every Perflexxion employer works with Easyflex2Go. In that case, you don't need to register your hours yourself through the app.

Your employer will then report your hours worked directly to us. Your contact person at Perflexxion will let you know more about this when you start working.
