Operator

As an Operator, you make sure the production machines keep running smoothly and the products meet the right quality standards. You use your technical knowledge to operate the machines, check the production process and notice when something is not working correctly. You also pack and prepare products for shipment. You work in a clean and structured production environment where quality, hygiene and safety are important.

Your main tasks are:

• You operate and monitor the production machines and make sure the process runs smoothly
• You use your technical knowledge to notice problems or small technical issues with the machines
• You check product quality and work according to HACCP guidelines
• You pack, check and prepare finished products for shipment
• You work both inside and outside a cleanroom environment at a temperature of around 22°C

You work 36 hours per week in a 5-shift system. Your schedule consists of two morning shifts, two afternoon shifts and two night shifts, followed by four days off.
The working hours are:

• 06:00 to 14:00
• 14:00 to 22:00
• 22:00 to 06:00

• You speak and understand Dutch or English
• You are flexible and motivated to learn the trade
• Experience in production is a plus
