Operator 3 Shifts

Please note: the work location is Berkel en Rodenrijs.

Als Operator in een 3-ploegensysteem zorg je ervoor dat de productie soepel en accuraat verloopt. Je werkt met moderne apparatuur, controleert de kwaliteit en houdt het productieproces in de gaten. Door jouw technische kennis en aandacht voor details ben je in staat om kleine problemen zelfstandig op te lossen en de hoge kwaliteitsnormen te waarborgen.

Wat je gaat doen:

• Microscopisch kleine mijten zorgvuldig verpakken
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren tijdens het productieproces
• Productiemachines zelfstandig opzetten en bedienen
• Kleine technische storingen zelf oplossen
• Werken met een gezichtsmasker, waarvoor je een extra toeslag van €0,61 per uur ontvangt

Je werkt in een 3-ploegensysteem, dat wekelijks wisselt:

• Nachtshift van 22:15 tot 06:45
• Middag-/avondshift van 14:15 tot 22:45
• Ochtendshift van 06:15 tot 15:15

The company you will be working for produces biological crop protection products, such as microscopically small mites and insects. • MBO level 2 working and thinking level, you speak English; Dutch is a plus
• Motivation to be trained as an operator and basic technical insight
• You work accurately, think ahead, and take initiative
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system and available for at least 6 hours per shift
• You have your own transportation or can arrive at the location on time
