Production Worker Plus

As a Production Worker Plus, your role involves assisting with packaging products while you learn about the machines and the packaging line. You will begin with various production and packaging tasks, gradually taking on more technical responsibilities. This hands-on experience will help you operate parts of the line, change packaging materials, and support the line changeovers. You will have the opportunity to advance to a Packaging Operator with greater responsibilities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Checking the quality of packaged products, including coding and labels
• Preparing boxes and stacking products efficiently
• Operating basic parts of the packaging line and ensuring buffers are filled
• Changing film and labels while assisting with line start-ups and changeovers
• Reporting any issues in the packaging process promptly and maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Please note: you will work rotating shifts from 06:00 to 15:00 or from 15:00 to 00:00. Having your own transport is essential, as public transport won't get you to work on time.

You will work for a production company in the food industry. Different departments work together every day to produce high-quality food products. • You have some experience in production, for example as a Production Worker, Packer or Operator
• You work carefully, follow instructions and pay attention to quality and food safety
• You are eager to learn more about machines, production and packaging processes
• You can work independently and as part of a team and are happy to work at different stations
• You speak English or Dutch, can handle physical work such as standing, bending and lifting boxes, and are available to work in a 2-shift system
