Operator 3 Shifts

Please note: the work location is Berkel en Rodenrijs.

Als Operator in een 3-ploegen systeem ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlot en accuraat productieproces. Je bedient moderne machines, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en houdt alles in de gaten. Dankzij jouw technische vaardigheden en aandacht voor detail weet je kleine problemen zelf op te lossen en zorg je voor een hoge kwaliteitsstandaard.

Wat je gaat doen:

• Verpakken van microscopisch kleine mijten met zorg
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren tijdens de productie
• Productiemachines zelfstandig opzetten en bedienen
• Kleine technische problemen zelf verhelpen
• Werken met een gezichtsmasker, waarvoor je een toeslag van €0.61 per uur ontvangt

Je werkt in een 3-ploegen systeem, dat wekelijks wisselt:

• Nachtdienst van 22:15 tot 06:45
• Middag-/avonddienst van 14:15 tot 22:45
• Ochtenddienst van 06:15 tot 15:15

The company you will be working for produces biological crop protection products, such as microscopically small mites and insects. • MBO level 2 working and thinking level, you speak English; Dutch is a plus
• Motivation to be trained as an operator and basic technical insight
• You work accurately, think ahead, and take initiative
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system and available for at least 6 hours per shift
• You have your own transportation or can arrive at the location on time
