Production Worker Plus

As a Production Worker Plus, you help with packaging products and gradually learn more about the machines and packaging line. You start with different production and packaging tasks and take on more technical responsibilities as you gain experience. You will learn how to operate parts of the line, change packaging materials and assist with line changeovers. Step by step, you can grow into a Packaging Operator with more independence and responsibility.

Your tasks include:

• Packaging products and checking quality, coding and labels
• Preparing boxes, stacking products and replenishing packaging materials
• Operating simple parts of the packaging line and keeping buffers filled
• Changing film and labels and helping with line changeovers and start-ups
• Identifying issues in the packaging process, reporting them on time and keeping your workplace clean and safe

You will work for a production company in the food industry. Different departments work together every day to produce high-quality food products. You will work in a dynamic production environment with different tasks and workstations. This keeps the job varied and gives you the opportunity to learn new skills. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the production process runs smoothly. There are plenty of opportunities to develop yourself, learn new skills and take on more responsibility.

• You have some experience in production, for example as a Production Worker, Packer or Operator
• You work accurately, follow instructions carefully and pay attention to quality and food safety
• You are eager to learn more about machines, production processes and packaging lines
• You can work independently and as part of a team and are flexible in working at different stations
• You are physically able to stand for longer periods, bend when needed, move filled boxes and work in a 2-shift system
