Operator 3 Shifts

As an Operator, you play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly and efficiently. You operate and monitor the machines, ensure products meet the required quality standards and take action when needed. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to a safe, reliable and successful production environment.

These are your tasks:

• You perform quality checks and ensure products meet the required standards
• You identify deviations and take appropriate action to keep production running efficiently
• You resolve minor malfunctions and work together with colleagues or technical support when needed
• You operate, adjust and monitor production machines to ensure a smooth production process
• You keep your workplace clean, safe and well-organized according to company standards

You will work in a 3-shift system with working hours from 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00 and 22:00 to 06:00. You follow a fixed schedule and rotate between shifts. Currently, you work an average of 35 hours per week, including 4 night shifts. This will soon be adjusted to a full-time working week of 37.5 hours.

Je gaat aan de slag bij een bedrijf in de grafische productie dat drukwerk maakt zoals flyers, folders en brochures. Het bedrijf werkt vooral voor andere drukkerijen en online platforms en verzorgt het hele proces: van printen tot snijden en verpakken. De werkomgeving is modern en goed georganiseerd. Er wordt snel gewerkt en levertijden zijn kort, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat bestellingen op tijd en netjes de deur uitgaan. Teamwork en een strak proces zijn hierbij erg belangrijk.
