Mixing Operator

As a Mixing Operator, you play an important role in the production process. You work with modern mixing machines, prepare orders, measure ingredients accurately and ensure products are made according to the required quality standards. With your attention to detail and focus on safety, you help keep the production process running smoothly.

What you will do:

• Follow the production process and accurately record the required information
• Check finished products and ensure they meet quality standards
• Mix ingredients carefully according to instructions and production guidelines
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes

You work Monday to Friday in a three-shift system: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00. Each shift is 7.5 hours, with a 30-minute paid break.

Jouw nieuwe werkgever is actief in het mixen, verpakken en verzenden van verschillende soorten reinigings- en verzorgingsproducten, zoals zeep, wasmiddel en desinfectiemiddelen. Het bedrijf heeft drie locaties in Nederland, waarvan jij werkt op de locatie in Etten-Leur. Binnen de organisatie staat de ontwikkeling van medewerkers centraal. Er wordt veel aandacht besteed aan leren, doorgroeien en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe vaardigheden. Medewerkers krijgen de kans om zich verder te ontwikkelen en stappen te maken binnen het bedrijf. Op de werkvloer heerst een open, informele en hechte sfeer. Tijdens je pauze kun je ontspannen in de moderne kantine en samen met collega's even bijpraten.

• Good communication skills in Dutch or English
• Experience with setting up and operating machines
• Knowledge of production line work
