What you're going to do
Your responsibilities:
- Collecting, analyzing, and translating international plant health regulations into clear work instructions
- Managing and keeping phytosanitary import requirements, compliance instructions, and Seed Health Risk Assessments up to date in a central database
- Checking data for completeness, accuracy, and traceability, while identifying discrepancies or risks at an early stage
- Collaborating with international colleagues and specialists to correctly interpret regulations and further optimize processes
- Supporting internal departments with questions regarding phytosanitary data, compliance, and international seed movements

What you bring to the table
- You have at least a completed bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Life Sciences, Biology, Agronomy, or Data Analytics
- You have experience with or an interest in the seed industry, agricultural sector, or a similar working environment. Experience with data processing and systems such as Excel, Python, JSON, XML, SQL, or comparable tools is a plus
- You work accurately, think analytically, and have an eye for data quality, regulations, and traceability
- You are able to translate complex information into clear and practical instructions, work independently, and communicate effectively with international colleagues and stakeholders
- You have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken, and live in the Enkhuizen area. Knowledge of Dutch or other languages is a plus
