What you can expect from us
- A gross salary of €16.26 per hour, including a 1.15% ADV allowance
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, starting from the first kilometer

- Shift allowance: 20% between 18:00 and 21:00 and 40% between 21:00 and 06:00
- Night allowance of 40%
- Holiday allowance of 8.33%
- Weekend allowance: 45% on Saturdays and 90% on Sundays
What you're going to do
As a Production Worker, you will work at a company that produces biological crop protection using small mites and insects. You work in a structured environment where quality, precision and teamwork are important. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the production process runs smoothly and that everything is ready for shipment.

- Performing quality checks
- Cleaning breeding trays with a high-pressure washer
- Moving products internally between departments
