Mixing Operator

As a Mixing Operator, you work with different mixing machines to produce a quality product. You prepare orders, measure ingredients accurately and keep the process running smoothly. You also make sure the workspace is clean and safe, so everyone can work comfortably.

What you will do:

• Keep the workspace clean, tidy and safe
  
• Follow the production process and record the required data
  
• Check that the final product meets the quality standards
  
• Join team meetings and help improve work processes
  
• Mix ingredients carefully according to instructions
  

You work from Monday to Friday in a three-shift system:
06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00
Each shift is 7.5 hours. Your 30-minute break is fully paid.

The company has three locations in the Netherlands, and you will work at the location in Etten-Leur. Within the organization, employee development is very important. • Good communication skills in Dutch or English
• Experience with setting up and operating machines
• Knowledge of production line work
• Careful, attentive, and a team player
• Proactive and positive attitude
