Production Worker (Flexible Hours)

As a Production Worker, you will help with cutting and packaging cheese. You make sure the production process runs smoothly and that products are processed neatly and according to schedule. Together with your colleagues on the production line, you monitor whether everything follows the quality and hygiene standards.

Your tasks include:

• Cutting and packaging cheese according to the production schedule
  
• Placing cheeses on the machine and supplying products to the line
  
• Operating production machines and monitoring the process
  
• Packing, labeling and stacking products in boxes and crates
  
• Performing quality checks and reporting any deviations or malfunctions
  

You will work in a flexible flex pool. Each week you receive a schedule with available shifts that you can sign up for. This allows you to work when it suits you while also having the opportunity to work many hours.

You will work at a leading packaging specialist in the food industry. From the location in Grootebroek, cheeses are cut and packaged every week for customers in the food industry, hospitality, catering and retail - both in the Netherlands and abroad. With around 180 colleagues, spread across 13 production lines and 13 packing lines, the company runs at full capacity. The working environment is modern, clean and well organized, with extensive use of robotics and automation. At the same time, craftsmanship and a strong focus on high product quality remain at the heart of the company. Teamwork, passion and attention to detail are what this team is known for.

• You speak and understand English. If you also speak Dutch, that is a plus
  
• You have your own transportation to get to work (public transport is not available)
  
• You are available full-time in a 2-shift schedule and on Saturdays
  
• You are able to do physical work, such as lifting up to about 15 kg
  
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality
