What you're going to do
As an Operator 3 Shifts, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly and accurately. You work with machines, perform checks, and closely monitor quality. You handle minor technical issues independently and work according to established procedures.

- You set up and operate machines
- You carry out quality checks during the production process
- You work with a face mask, for which you receive an allowance of €0.57 per hour
- You independently resolve minor technical issues
- Night shift from 22:15 to 06:45
- Afternoon/evening shift from 14:15 to 22:45
- Morning shift from 06:15 to 15:15

What you bring to the table
- MBO level 2 working and thinking level, you speak English; Dutch is a plus
- Motivation to be trained as an operator and basic technical insight
- You work accurately, think ahead, and take initiative
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system and available for at least 6 hours per shift
- You have your own transportation or can arrive at the location on time
