Operator

Please note: the worklocation is in Giessen!

As an Operator, you contribute to the production of a healthy and popular spread. You work on the production line with machines, carry out quality checks and make sure the lids are properly sealed and the expiration date is correct. This way, you ensure that every product leaves the facility safely and in perfect condition.
Your tasks include:

• Monitoring machines and adjusting them when necessary
  
• Inspecting products, such as checking if lids are properly secured
  
• Maintaining a safe and efficient production environment
  
• Solving minor machine malfunctions
  
• Tightening lids on the production line
  

You work in a 2-shift system from 06:00 to 14:00 and from 14:00 to 22:00. You may also work in a 3-shift system, which includes the shifts 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00 and 22:00 to 06:00.

You will work at a modern production company that produces a popular and healthy spread for supermarkets throughout the Netherlands. The factory uses different machines that together ensure a smooth production process. People work hard, but there is also room for a joke and a good atmosphere. You will join a close-knit team with an involved employer. The location is not accessible by public transport, so you need your own transportation.

• You have your own transport to travel to work
  
• You speak good English and are willing to learn Dutch
  
• You work accurately and are motivated
  
• Experience in the food industry is a plus, but not required
  
• You are eager to learn and open to new challenges
