The support that made the difference

 

I’d like to share my experience with Perflexxion during the selection process for a position at an organization. In recent months, this opportunity had become an important goal for the next step in my professional career.

From my very first contact with Ritschl, I received professional, respectful and incredibly attentive support. After a few conversations, I was introduced to an organization. Although the first interview went well, the position was offered to another highly qualified candidate. Still, Ritschl let me know that the hiring contact at the company had a positive impression of me and that I might still be considered in the future.

Three months later, I had already decided to leave my current job and was serving my notice period. I had agreed to sign a contract with another company for a different opportunity when I received a call from Perflexxion. They had stayed in touch with me throughout, and now let me know that an organization wanted to reconnect.

This time, the contact was through Nikki, who continued the same professional and personal approach I had experienced with Ritschl. I was impressed by how aligned they were. It genuinely felt like I was speaking to the same person the entire time. That says a lot about the team’s internal communication, professionalism and alignment.

I went for a second interview, and this time it was a perfect match. I accepted the offer from that company, signed my contract with Perflexxion and will soon start my new role. I am happy, but more than anything I am truly impressed by how well the entire process was handled by these professionals.

As an immigrant, I have to admit that I do not always receive the same treatment everywhere. Unfortunately, that is still a reality. But that was clearly not the case at Perflexxion. This has been one of the best experiences I have had with a Dutch company in general. I especially want to highlight this selection process, which ended in a very positive way.

Now it is up to me, and I will do my very best not to disappoint the incredible effort and dedication shown by Ritschl and Nikki, as well as the opportunity offered by the organization.

Congratulations to Perflexxion for investing in such skilled and passionate professionals who play such an important role in helping people find meaningful work. It is clear that you do this work with heart.
