What you're going to do
As an Operator in a 3-shift system, you play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly and accurately. You work with modern machinery, carry out quality checks, and closely monitor the production process. With your technical insight and attention to detail, you independently solve minor issues and help maintain high-quality standards.

- Carefully package microscopically small mites
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process
- Set up and operate production machines independently
- Resolve minor technical malfunctions on your own
- Work with a face mask, for which you receive an additional allowance of €0.57 per hour
- Night shift from 22:15 to 06:45
- Afternoon/evening shift from 14:15 to 22:45
- Morning shift from 06:15 to 15:15

What you bring to the table
- MBO level 2 working and thinking level, you speak English; Dutch is a plus
- Motivation to be trained as an operator and basic technical insight
- You work accurately, think ahead, and take initiative
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system and available for at least 6 hours per shift
- You have your own transportation or can arrive at the location on time
